Sad Corsair Vengeance M90 Gaming Mouse Problem

My M90 mouse is being weird, I can't change the dpi and the corsair logo doesn't light up.The only L.E.D lights that are lit up are the profile 1 and 6 together. The mouse is only letting me left click and right click and move around, nothing else. I have tried to reset, update firmware, restart my computer, unplug and plug, and tried it on another computer but nothing seem to work.
I not sure what to do next.

If you cannot reflash the FW on the M90, request an RMA to replace the mouse.

Have you tried a USB 2.0 port?
Possibly a driver issue or not enough privileges?

Have you tried the steps above?

DragonHighBird's fix was to plug it into a USB 2.0 port.

If your mouse is not lighting up, buttons don't work and the mouse cursor is not moving, request an RMA to replace the mouse.

Have you tried following these steps (http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=104856) with the mouse plugged into a USB 2.0 port?

If you encounter a problem, post the error here.
