Default VOID - Very low volume in chrome and Dota

Hi.
I bought a Void wireless headset, i have it maybe for one month.
Maybe one week after buying it the sound got very low (very hard to understand what people say) when i saw videos using google chrome (having headset and computer sound to max).
Using the firefox the sound volume is normal, spotify also normal, so i switched chrome to firefox to avoid the problem as i couldnt find a solution.
DOTA (a moba game) sound was normal but since yesterday im having the same problem (very low sound in game), firefox sound is still normal.
Havent changed nothing in configurations.

Any idea about what is causing this problems?

Asus i7, win 7

Check the volume sliders for each of the applications.

Right click the speaker icon (Notifications tray) > Sound mixer

thanks so much, @Toasted ! This advice solve my low volume problem for Chrome media playing. I didn't even notice the volume mixer before.
