rms83rms83
when i plugged in my headphones for the first time they worked, and preformed normally. I then downloaded the 7.1 surround sound editing program for the headset. After downloading it asked me to restart my computer, so i did, and my computer went into system recovery and system restored to a prior state. when i got my computer running again i plugged in the headphones (this time the 7.1 program was not on my computer) and within 5 seconds my computer went blue screen and crashed into system restore again. I tried a third time, and i managed to download the program and get my headphones connected to my computer without a crash, but again when i restarted it, my computer went into system recovery. Noted my computer is protected from viruses by norton 360, and my computer has never crashed or had any major glitch before. Thanks for any help. Toasted
Check Event viewer and see if there are errors listed. Have you tried running the installer as admin?
