veghov Posted January 14, 2013 Share Posted January 14, 2013 My Venegance 2000 has worked great for a month now, but a few days ago i began to notice a issue with the sound balancing. My right side of the headset has a lot lower sound volume than the left one. I've tried googleing but i cannot seem to find anyone with the same issue. I've also tried to reinstall the drivers and tested the set on another pc, and the issue still persists. So if anyone here know if it is software related if if i really have to send them in for a repair that would have been nice to know. If there is a problem with it though, we can replace the headset for you through a RMA since you confirmed it to occur on a separate machine.
