I am planning my new 570x white build and I need a little help. Last time I build a battle station the top of the line nvidia was in the 6xxs.

I am undecided between using a h100I aio or a h150i pro. I like the h100i because its white which will go great with my all white setup but maybe the h150i pro cools better or I can use it to set up a push pull config up front?

I understand I can mount the h100i up top and I can mount the h150i pro to the front or with the front fans as a push pull config, can you point me in the right direction as to which one if any one is better or are they both the same and its just my preference?

Also, I saw a bunch of these builds having motherboards with 8 dimm slots but they all seem to be i7s? If i want a i9, all the mobos have 4 dimm slots? Am i missing something? Thanks!

Here is my parts list for now

the 570x and the H150i are perfect partners imho,, run it as intake,,, run the top 2 fans as intake also. single rear exhaust fan = a nice cool dustless system

worth the read

I am in the process of assembling and I am going for the push pull option.

Can you point me in the right direction of where do the fans plug in?

I have a total 9 fans just like you, 1 commander pro, one fan hub that came with the 570x + 3 more fan hubs that came with my fan sets and whatever came with the h150i.

You're not missing on anything. Here is an article that might help you understand: https://techguided.com/single-channel-vs-dual-channel-vs-quad-channel/

Also, what's with this "Samsung" only for storage? There others that are just as good and less expensive. And the AS5? Como'on, this ain't the mid 2000s.

For thermal paste, this is a better option: https://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Factory-Sealed-GELID-Solutions-GC-Extreme-GC3-Thermal-Compound/122358774733?hash=item1c7d26bbcd:g:NbsAAOSwp5JWVNMz

For storage and main drive: https://www.newegg.com/corsair-force-mp510-960gb/p/N82E16820236477?Item=N82E16820236477

You can easily remove the sticker and have direct contact with the drive and the heat-sink, it runs cool. Those ASUS heat-sinks for M.2s are great.

For storage only: https://www.newegg.com/intel-660p-series-1tb/p/N82E16820167462?Item=N82E16820167462

The mother comes equipped to handle two M.2 NVMe drives, so you don't have to get a 2.5" drive but if you must or have to or want to, then this: https://www.newegg.com/western-digital-blue-1tb/p/N82E16820250088?Item=N82E16820250088

I believe all have a 5 year warranty.

Push pull? More like if the RAD is in the front, you wanna do PULL air in if the RAD is on top of the case, then PUSH the air out, because cool air comes in and hot air goes out. That's how I set up mine. Except none of my fans are RGB, that's where I draw the line.

I consider the side of the fan, where the blades are unprotected, the PULL, and where the blades have the frame protected by the 3 or 4 braces the PUSH. Like a Jet engine. Pulls the air in, Pushes it out.
