Should I be worried about my replacement Vengeance PC? Pics Attached

I received my advanced replacement today, but there are a few things i'm worried about. There are just a few signs that they sent me a refurbished machine as a replacement for my new machine after the original became defective less than 2 months in. The support team on the phone was great, and they said that it would not be a refurbished computer. The clock was not set at pacific time when i first turned it on and instead was at 5 hours ahead. Additionally the Icue settings, which normally come aligned in a spiral rainbow were not in sync.

I have more pics, but please take a look at the ones I have for now.

Am I just being paranoid?

I made an unboxing video if the computer out of excitement that shows all the pics i'm uploading in case there were any doubts about whether it was my use and normal wear and tear.

Sorry if this thread lands in the wrong place, I just joined today. I really don't want to go back to the cult of Razer and hope to stick around this space instead.

Hey Xtian1985, I did find out that all Vengeance PCs (including newly built) are run through a lot of testing and so it's really difficult to prevent the micro scratching on the USB ports because of all the equipment use.

If you could PM me your ticket number, I could ask support to look a little more into to make sure for you.

TBH, after using this computer for a while, I'm really happy with it. The bent metal piece on the GPU had me most worried. It's hard to see in the pic, but from further away is very obvious. (Above and on the left side of the "O" in Geforce) I can live with the mesh not being flush against the panel, the magnet probably came off during shipment, and I was told I can remove the front bezel without voiding the warranty to fix it back in place.

The difference between the 5181 and the 5185 I was sent is ridiculous. The weirdest part is that its the same cooling as the 5181, yet the 5185 runs SIGNIFICANTLY cooler although it has higher end hardware inside of it.

The thing that has me confused is that there is a message saying that all individual parts were tested but not the system as a whole. But I guess that does include the I/O's.

Thank you for getting back to me, but I think were good for now. I mean we could start a whole process again, but I can already tell what results would ensue. I don't want to sound un-appreciative either. You guys have been awesome!

If anything "serious" occurs i'll make sure to contact you guys again.
