detourious
Title says most. When I plug in the USB I get a notification saying that it isn't working properly. I've tried so many things and nothing has worked. I've tried updating iCUE and even reinstalling it to no avail. Any known fixes???

Apophis3
did you do a firmware update? sounds like something didn't set right. You could try a hard reset of the mouse.
detourious
did you do a firmware update? sounds like something didn't set right. You could try a hard reset of the mouse. How do I do that? Because the mouse is so new I haven't been able to find any good resources for troubleshooting.

Corsair Employee Corsair Nick Posted April 9, 2019 Corsair Employee Share Posted April 9, 2019 Like Apophis3 mentioned, try performing a force firmware update on the mouse and dongle. You will need both plugged in concurrently, and go to settings in iCUE, then select the Harpoon Wireless mouse, then select "Update" next to the firmware version. Follow the prompts and it should update. If you still run into issues, submit a ticket on our support site, and one of our technical support can help you out from there. https://support.corsair.com/
