ChibiJosh
New PC build... I have 3 LL120 case fans connected to an RGB Hub and a Commander. The RGB Hub is plugged into one of the LED ports on the Commander. Everything seemed to be working fine, until I installed iCue in Windows. As soon as it launched, the fans all sped up to 1500 RPM (the quiet setting), making them quite audible. Any idea how I can get the commander to use a more reasonable fan speed? c-attack
Commander Pro -> Performance tab. Click on the + to create a new fan curve. Pick something more appropriate than CPU temp. That is what its doing now and it is both bothersome and ineffectual. Quick fixes are control curves based on GPU temp or coolant temp if you have a Corsair AIO cooler. Long term the temp probes that comes with the Commander Pro are the native source and also serve the true function of case fans in regulating internal ambient temperature. However, this requires a bit more time and development to find the right spot with a usable control range.
