Default No Answer

My Corsair One has a bad GPU and is outside of Warranty. They wont sell the part and they wont answer questions about how to pay for repair.

it has taken some time in the end i was able to resolve my part replacement issue,
corresponding back and forth with Corsair executives and support agents,
i was eventually issued a replacement part,

on a personal note i think Corsair are fairly new to full system build and support,
they clearly demonstrated in my case though wasn't easy; but they do stand behind their systems,
they just need to refine this process for built system replacements,

that's really good to hear. i've always been a little paranoid about 'what if' something broke, like a pump.

when push came to shove... they offered a whole brand new system as a replacement!
that to me speaks louder than words, they have legitimate issues with providing certain standalone replacement parts; but they clearly demonstrated they stand behind their fully built systems,
