Default icue 220t rgb case No control fans

2 days ago i buy case icue 220t rgb. And now my head is cracking. It really hurts me. I can’t work in noise. I can not control speed fans! Using bios too! After adjusting the speed of the fans in the BIOS, at startup they again begin to rotate at 1400. Are you kidding me? You specifically did this so that I now buy Commander Pro?
Now the fans are unplugged. Can you help me?
