We'd like to get these things resolved as much as everyone else, BUT please understand, it takes time and it DOES require a lot of patience to things sorted out... I am sorry if they are not being implemented right away, because there is a reason for that and I can tell you for sure that it is for the good of everyone.
PMW Fans being shipped....please do tell.
Whats to say after 3 months this will not produce another set of major bugs? besides trial and error. Is corsair confident that all "major" bugs have been squashed? Will fan control FINALLY be offered? Will the software work?

Okay, I'm not one to jump into a fray but, I cannot help myself after reading this lengthy thread. Corsair continues to market and sell a product that is inferior knowing full well that it has problems. I love the concept of the product but, after taking my system down last weekend and spending another day to restore my build back to normal, I am questioning my reasoning for purchasing it in the first place...manual control worked fine for me. Had I known about this forum prior to purchase, I'm pretty sure I would have passed. Peanutz94 has every right to express his discontent and has raised some very valid points that should be heard. I'm not looking for a flame war, I'm just expressing my opinion here. Patience is a virtue but everyone reaches a breaking point, eventually, when promised improvements and they are not delivered within a reasonable time frame. There, I just spent my two cents....

everything is a trial and error, corsair can test all they want but the real test is hooking up to the vast number of computers and components of the individual user.this is something they cant test and have no control over
ive dealt with alot of companies where you have to jump thru hoops to get some help, not so with corsair

That was the typical laughable response from corsair. "There is progress but it take time!". Really?!?!? Are you kidding me?? A year and a half later?? Luckily I found this forum in time to return my h100i and ax1200i. I just wish I would have found it before the purchase. I just looked at biased reviews that Corsair sponsors with them running the link software in controlled environments on an old OS, and old drivers. Don't expect a software fix. They will most likely just come out with a replacement product to fix issues but by then we will all be on hardware and drivers that it doesn't work with. Round and round we go.

Im sorry but Microsoft has millions of users with different hardware config, they do 2- 3 betas with a few people before they go to RC which then they may have one or two but were talking a whole OS for millions of configuration's, on this forum we are just talking fan control!!!!! Do you realize how much goes into a OS to function for millions right out of the box? Sure there are a few off brands and issues but it mostly works at the first release stage! Then the tweaks come in, but not like someone gonna hack my link smh. Compare a OS to fan control, were talking watermelons to grapes. Lets look at Nividia or ATI there hardware and software is in millions upon millions of different computers all with different configs and work. Trying to tell me a fan with brushes and wires is difficult compared to a graphics card....REALLY? I agree that there is a lot of help here but sadly mostly from other users like your self or Toasted, wired and sadly none of them are paid by corsair. So compare the support form corsair to the users its just plain sad. They can test this beta product but updating more often and the users letting them know if there going in right direction. You cant damage a software that is broke by installing another broke software just to find out you spent 3 months In vain trying to fix it. This is not rocket science its common sense. Also you had touched on a windows 8 issue with the sortware well Windows 8 evaluation for developers was available in march 2012 so companies like nividia or hp or or or could write drivers before rtm.

your right it is like comparing apples to oranges however an OS is developed and software/hardware is built around it which is harder to do rather than have an OS built around the s/h
and i know were only talking about controlling a.......fan
