Default iCUE feature requests - QL Fans

I have 2 feature requests for iCUE, specifically to do with the new QL fans.

1st request - Having each fan labelled within iCUE (fan connected to port #1 is labelled fan 1 in iCUE) and the ability to rearrange the fans in the effect tab, which overrides the port configuration on the controller. It could be very useful in cases with awkward cable management where the fan cables won't reach the lighting controller while also being tidy. Could also be useful for people to make interesting custom lighting effects.

2nd request - The ability to set the where on the fan (which LED) the lighting effect will start from (per effect), so that the physical orientation doesn't matter when it comes to lighting effects. I've just added a 4th fan to my case as a front intake but the 'Infinity' effect isn't in the correct orientation when the effect transitions from the top fans. (maybe this will change once I populate the rest of the fan slots in my case?) The front intake is in the same orientation as the rear exhaust fan, but some effects are completely ruined in that orientation, even though it's the same as the others.
