dipinshetty Posted June 9, 2020 Share Posted June 9, 2020 bought a new K55 RGB keyboard and the RGB backlights won't turn on. tried it with icue installed and uninstalled still facing the issue. tried manually resetting the keyboard using Fn + F4 method still not working. did I receive a defective keyboard? Daniel1 Posted June 9, 2020 Share Posted June 9, 2020 Have the same issue here. Don't know wether I should send it back now. tried every usb slot, resetting by pressing escape while pluging in. We even tried it on several machines, now I am sure it doesn't work. Additionally, when using iCUE it says we're using the latest version and when toggling the settings there, in the software it shows the lights. Help would be greatly appreciated!
