I just bought the headphones and in ICU it shows a download thing. So I need the rest of the drivers to make it work properly. The USB reciver is flashing red and I can't edit or Chang anything in ICUE. I don't know how to attach a picture so if you email me I can send you one. You can also try uninstalling the Virtuoso Audio driver in Device Manager under Audio Inputs and Outputs, then reinstall iCUE. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
