Freek Posted October 16, 2014 Share Posted October 16, 2014 Hi all, I currently had a K70 Mx Cherry Brown and they feel smooth and light. Today I got the K70 RGB Mx Cherry Red. The keys seem to slide with the Mx cherrys plastic and it makes them feel heavier and sometimes they even get stuck. They dont feel light and smooth at all compared to my Mx browns. Anybody having the same problem do you think I got a bad keyboard or is this normal ? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Toasted Posted October 16, 2014 Share Posted October 16, 2014 Unfortunately, it's hard to determine if you have a bad keyboard as everyone has a different type of feel with each of the Cherry MX switches. It's best to find someone with a Cherry MX Red switch keyboard or go to a store with display units and compare the ones on the RGB it with them. Freek Posted October 16, 2014 Author Share Posted October 16, 2014 Yes, I can understand that but the part where the keys don't go down as easily is what has my worried sometimes even get stuck half way through.
