decodedillusion Posted September 15, 2019 Share Posted September 15, 2019 I'm looking to buy a new fan/heatsink assembly for my 3700X. I have the Corsair Spec 02 case which the manual states has a CPU cooler height limit of 157mm. The cooler I'm looking at is a Scythe Mugen 5 Rev.B which is 155mm. I'm concerned that with only 2mm to spare that is might not fit in the case. How conservative are those measurements for the Spec 02 case? I find the case fairly cramped as it is, with not a lot of room to work with. Anyone had any experience with the larger tower coolers in the Spec 02 case?
