Default Creaking from left side?

Had my T1 Race less than a day and there's a creaking coming from the lower left side (from sitting perspective, so the side without the lever). Any ideas? honestly I don't want to have to return this, for obvious logistical reasons. I've double checked the bolts are all tightened up, even those that were hidden (and subsequently already installed) behind the plastic.

You're not the first person I've heard with this issue. A friend has the same thing, and the response from customer support was "that is not possible" and they closed the ticket. I've been there to witness the creaking, He's still trying to get it replaced, it really sucks, since they don't have parts for the chairs, and you have to ship the whole thing back. I'm in the middle of an RMA on my chair and don't have a box to ship it in, and then having to pay shipping when I had to pay shipping the first time sucks

Ah that really really sucks. I might just have to RMA this, my friend has a nobilechairs seat and it's fantastic, same price and much better build quality.
