pcmousehelp
In the last day or so, the middle click button on my Sabre RGB Laser gaming mouse has stopped registering. The wheel continues to work but pressing the wheel into the mouse has stopped registering. Have had the mouse for about 18 months without any malfunction until now. I have tried removing/plugging back in, reinstalling the driver software, and restarting my computer. Is there a simple fix for this? --------- Mouse : SABRE RGB Laser (CH-9000090-NA) Firmware version : 2.05 Bootloader version : 0.23 GPU : AMD Radeon R9 200 Series CPU : AMD FX-6300 Six-Core Processor Memory : 8.00 GB RAM (7.95 GB usable) Current resolution : 1920 × 1080, 60 Hz; 1920 × 1080, 60 Hz Operating system : Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
Corsair Employee Corsair Henry Posted January 26, 2017 Corsair Employee Share Posted January 26, 2017 Try using a canned air to blow the wheel. If the mouse behaves the same on multiple computer, it will need to be replaced under the 2 year warranty. Go ahead and submit a support ticket.
