Default Vengance LED White Issue

Hey guys. I've recently made a fresh re install of windows 10. When I installed iCUE the software should recognize my LED White 8gb DDR4 RAM stick and my K70 Keyboard but for some reason it's only seeing the keyboard.

I tried uninstalling iCUE, installing Corsair LINK and there it saw the RAM and I was able to set the colour to static which was what I wanted.

I then reinstalled iCUE but once again, the RAM defaulted to the non static profile, it is not recognized by iCUE and now Corsair LINK says that the RAM is being controlled by iCUE (which is actually not the case).

Any clues on what to do?
