Psu blew up

My Corsair PSU blew up. I made a ticket over 2 weeks ago and still nothing not even a simple reply.

I posted on your Instagram and your Facebook.

Terrible customer service. I understand Covid 19 but ASUS contacted me within 48 hours because your companies PSU damaged the motherboard as well.

Won't be recommending you for future custom builds for my customers.

I am in the same position (a component inside my RM1000i blew up), Covid-19 has unfortunately caused a worldwide shortage of PSUs according to Gamers Nexus (all retailers I've looked at have low or no stock) so we may be in for a long wait.
