I posted on your Instagram and your Facebook. Terrible customer service. I understand Covid 19 but ASUS contacted me within 48 hours because your companies PSU damaged the motherboard as well. ltron Posted June 13, 2020 Share Posted June 13, 2020 I am in the same position (a component inside my RM1000i blew up), Covid-19 has unfortunately caused a worldwide shortage of PSUs according to Gamers Nexus (all retailers I've looked at have low or no stock) so we may be in for a long wait.
