Default iCue is making my mouse move

when i have icue on my mouse sporadically moves strange as if i have a mouse moving macro enabled but i dont. once i quit the app it stops..

My Ironclaw RGB wireless mouse has been acting odd since the latest update, like there in intermittent lag sometimes. I notice there was this error logged :-
