Osnick
Hello all, Is anyone having issues with the Glaive RGB double clicking on its own, even with a single click. I have updated the firmware on the mouse and made sure the software was up to date. I used compressed air to ensure the button was not clogged with dust or something. I purchased this right when it came out and haven't had an issue until now. Anyone else have this issue? Thanks
Toasted
Did you make any changes to your system? E.g. Updated CUE, Windows update? Try using the mouse without CUE running in the background and see whether anything changes.
Osnick
Yeah tried without CUE, there were no updates to the CUE software that I seen and no Windows Updates that I am aware of. I switched back to my Vengeance M95 for now, probably going to return it to Best Buy because its unusable in its current state.
DangerClose
Has anyone found a solid fix for this issue? My NEW Glaive RGB is doing the same thing. Crazy to think that Corsair is selling this mouse with such a critical flaw.
Corsair Employee Corsair Nick Posted March 8, 2018 Corsair Employee Share Posted March 8, 2018 The Glaive has a button optimization feature in the latest version of CUE under the performance tab. You can try the 4 different settings to see which works best for you.
