Asuhh
So my AIO is on its last legs and im considering switching back to air cooling, notcua nh d15. I know q-fan control needs to be disabled for the h100i pump to run at 100%/12v but when and if i switch back to air, will i enabled q-fan control again? Prob a dumb question and im pretty sure i know the answer but i just wanna be sure. Apologies in advance if this is a dumb question lol.
DevBiker
Yes, you can enable Q-Fan control when you switch.
Asuhh
Yes, you can enable Q-Fan control when you switch. Leaving it disabled would mean i would have to use an external program to control fans correct?
c-attack
Leaving it disabled would force the air cooler's fans to run at 100% all the time. Take it off disabled to return normal speed control for the CPU Fan header to the BIOS or other desktop software.
