For the love of God... do people simply mash the "NEW THREAD" button and ignore the list of existing threads under their nose detailing the very problem they are experiencing? There are many threads about the high usage (which mostly afflict Intel CPUs), the only variation with your problem is that you specs show you aren't running Corsair RGB RAM. Corsair are aware of the problem and are attempting to release a fast-tracked fix.Drop back to v3.18.77 but be aware that your profiles from 3.19.20 will be unusable in previous versions.
