Mint2Be
So i bought a Strafe RGB keyboard a while ago and ive had not major problems with it besides a few slight off colored keys when all white, but notthing a little adjusting in CUE could fix. But a few weeks ago after not using my computer for a while (no one has touched it) i see that my 'w' key is red what the rest of the keyboard was blue. And even when i change it to different colors, it remains off-colored. Then like one week later the tab,q,f,g,h,j,k and ocasionally the o and p keys are off-colored too, but not as bad as the w key. Im not sure what happened. Can someone please help?
Corsair Employee Corsair Henry Posted March 6, 2017 Corsair Employee Share Posted March 6, 2017 First, try updating the firmware again to see it goes away. If not, call into tech support and have them assist you through a hard reset.

Inheritance
Follow up on the ticket you created with Corsair Support and inform them that the hard reset failed. You will most likely need to RMA the device. You will need a copy of your receipt if that's the case.
