Arbinator Posted January 21, 2015 Share Posted January 21, 2015 Hello, I just got my Corsair Vengeance K70 RGB in the mail today, and I immediately went to install CUE. Unfortunately, every single time I try to install CUE I get the same error message: "The installer has insufficient privileges to acces this directory: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\StartMenu\Corsair Utility Engine..." It goes on to say I need to log in as an admin. The option to "Run as Administrator" wasn't showing up, so I downloaded this to get it. Even still, when I "Install as Administrator..." the issue persists. I have started a Ticket with Corsair, which recommended I uninstall all other HID software. I uninstalled Razer Synapse, but that didn't solve the issue either. Any assistance would be appreciated, thanks. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
