Lost profile after update to CUE 2 - have "all profiles.prf" but no luck using?

Hi there, I own a K65 Lux.

My CUE and lighting effects stopped working and one key was a wrong colour after a recent windows update so I took the advice of someone and updated to CUE 2. Since loading CUE 2, and clicking through some profiles my keys are all no longer lit.

I attempted importing an "all profiles.prf" file I had saved as a backup which had a lot of different profiles in it which were useless as none seemed to work. The "obscurity" one I had would load, but it wasn't customised as I had it before. I have my file which I can upload if needs so someone could take a look, and I backed up my "HID" folder before I updated, so I have that too, but I can't seem to use any of the files/access it in the new version of CUE, so if someone can take a look or offer a suggestion I'd appreciate it greatly, as I really liked the custom setup I had saved.

I also tried reinstalling some old versions but it wouldn't load, as per my original issue.

Have you made sure advanced mode was enabled?

It sounds like you upgraded from CUE 1?
