LethalCorpse
I've got a K95 with current version iCUE software. I'm trying to use the macro keys to launch a Windows App installed from the Windows store. These don't behave the same as other programs - you can't even get at their executable files without messing with your file permissions. If it helps, the specific app I want is calculator², but it should be the same for any windows store app. Has anyone had success launching these types of apps with iCUE? BlaiseP
Well, from what I can see (I tried with a Microsoft Puzzle - a MS store app)... it can be done. What you need to do is follow this 10 forums' guide to allow you to create a shortcut (without messing with file permissions) although you will need to change the location of the folder you create the shortcut in at Step 5. For Step 6: Once you have a shortcut (hopefully in a location you can see), create your macro in ICUE and point to that shortcut and assign a key for the macro.
