Hathrow Posted August 28, 2016 Share Posted August 28, 2016 I bought this headset last Friday and when tried to update the firmware it stopped working. Windows (tried on W7 and W10) don't recognize the USB headset so I can't force any firmware upgrade. It does recognize the USD dongle. Does this mean my headset is on bootloader mode? Please help!
