Default K63 wireless keyboard gone crazy (sometimes)

It has already happened 3 times that the keyboard (k63 wireless) seems to go crazy randomly: the esc key switches from one window to another, the keys do not write. Restarting the PC the problem is solved. I think I will have to do further tests (try another keyboard, close icue etc). I updated the keyboard in the hope that it was that. Has something like this happened to anyone? thank you!

Delete and remake your profiles. Sometimes when upgrading iCUE the profiles get broken and you get weirdness like this.

unfortunately I tried connub other keyboard and the problem does not arise so it is not the fault of windows 10 as I thought. I tried to disconnect and reconnect the keyboard, also the usb pen and with usb cable, but nothing, I have to restart the pc. :_(
