I have just added support for the Corsair H80iV2 + H100iV2 + H115i coolers to SIV 5.07 Beta-22, but have not tested this. If you have one of these new coolers and would like to test SIV on it please let me know.

If you are using CL4 then you should use SIV 5.07 Beta-24 or later which will detect if CL4 is running and automatically try to avoid CL hardware conflict.
With SIV 5.06 and earlier you need to manually specify -NOLINK if you wish to start SIV when CL4 is running. Quote:
![]() The bad news is that CL 4.2.0.162 does not have Global\Access_CorsairLink support ![]() Quote:

The SIV 5.06 release controlled my CL hardware with no issues, but for full ACPI reporting SIV 5.07 Beta-26 or later is needed.

I have added AMD GPU Fan control Custom Curves and they work on my Radeon HD 3450, but I can't validate SIV on Radeon R9 200/300 series GPUs as I don't have and other AMD GPUs. If you would like to help please contact me.
I would also be interested to hear how well the latest SIV 5.07 Beta supports the new H115i + H100iV2 + H80iV2 coolers. Quote:

I've just now end to set-up and configure SIV to control the GPU's Fan with a 6 points custom curve!
Thank you Ray! Is really a useful feature. ![]() my Radeon R9 295 X" is watercooled... but the HD7970 not :) And to see more: http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?p=821198 where I've updated the SIV Guide with the new section for GPU Fan Control Last edited by LicSqualo; 02-06-2016 at 06:25 AM. |

I have just uploaded SIV 5.07 Beta-35 which addresses and intermittent USB attached HX1200i reporting issue.
If you have a USB attached HXi or RMi PSU which also is also intermittently reported please try Beta-35 or later to see if this resolves the issue. If would be good if you posted the outcome of your testing. There also now seems to be a CoolIT based H110i. SIV may report it and if it doesn't I suspect it will be easy to add support. There is a further updated Using SIV to Control Corsair Link Hardware guide attached to http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?p=821198 ![]() Last edited by red-ray; 02-10-2016 at 04:19 PM. If you post what SMART information gets reported for the Samsung 950 pro I may be able to improve things. E-mailing be the save files that would make it easier for me to adjust things assuming it's possible. See http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?p=788225 for how to generate them. Some stress utilities raise their priority which means SIV get's little if any CPU time. Try increasing the SIV task priority with task manager. How does SIV do at reporting your RAID disk SMART information? The latest Beta has even better ASUS Rampage V Extreme support than 5.06 and SIV has been rather better than CL for a long time, see http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?p=805421. You can use manage attachments to upload screen images and attach them to your post. Last edited by red-ray; 02-11-2016 at 01:19 PM. |

I have now released SIV 5.07 which has code to detect CL4. All of AIDA64, HWiNFO and SIV have Global\Access_CorsairLink named mutex support, but Corsair Link 4.2.0.162 does not so causes issues for all three
![]() ![]() ![]() For SIV 5.08 I am hoping to improve the NVMe drive support. Quote:

Hi Ray,
I need a little help troubleshooting some issues with a commander mini on my HTPC build. The mini was purchased by in Nov '15, but I'm just now installing it and the system is not recognizing the unit at all. When I first plugged the unit in and powered it up, there was a slight delay, then I started getting a constant USB disconnect sound in time with a red flash on the unit. I installed CL4, but CL4 doesn't recognize the unit either. I'm not getting the disconnect sound, but now there is a very rapid flashing of the LED on the mini. I'm not seeing the unit in device manager. I've noticed the my boot times are much longer (30-45 sec) when the unit is plugged in than usual (5-8 sec). I've attached screen shots of Device manager, main SIV screen, USB bus, & Link devices. The Link status screen is not showing. I wonder if I have a defective mini? Thanks, Mike |

Actually, this particular system has only had the CLCC connected to it, no H100i has ever been connected. I did try plugging the CLCC into several different USB ports on the motherboard to see if I could get it to be recognized.
I do have an system image that I made before I started connecting the CLCC and installing software. I could restore to that and start over, but this seems to be a different problem than any other I've had with previous Corsair Link equipment. Like you, I suspect the unit is bad. I may try a different SATA power connector on the PSU. I did submit a ticket to Corsair and they suggested that I start CL4, go into Windows device manager, disable the USB port that the CLCC is connected to, reboot, and re-enable the port. I'm at the office right now, but I may try that when I get home. Since the CLCC is not recognized by Windows, I'm not sure which USB port to disable. I guess I could try each one in order until I get through all of them. I may try this and request an RMA if it doesn't fix anything. |

I don't expect restoring the system image will make any difference at all. I would simply try the CLCC in a different PC.
I think the only things that may fix it are a different power connection or USB port, but I suspect there is a hardware issue within the CLCC. Last edited by red-ray; 02-17-2016 at 03:22 PM. |

Mike, I had a ponder and have just uploaded 5.08 Beta-03 in which [Link Devices] reports the USB Port and Hub
![]() I thought it was impossible to get the USB device associated with an offline HID device, but where there's a will there's a way ![]() Quote:

It took me longer than usual to enable full ACPI support as Microsoft have changed the ACPI PDO extension and NSOBJ. Quote:
