Very disappointed in corsair

I'm very disappointed in Corsair. They refuse to RMA a faulty memory stick because "we can't confirm if you're actually a customer without a proof of purchase for the memory kit". As if I've stolen it :mad:

 

In fact my Computershop has gone bankrupt and invoice in my account isn't accessible anymore.

 

I've bought lots of Corsair stuff (memory, PSU, fans, ...) This way of treatment makes me switch to a different brand. Bye, bye Corsair.

your not the only one that has issues with corsairs warranty policy
