They refuse to RMA a faulty memory stick because "we can't confirm if you're actually a customer without a proof of purchase for the memory kit". As if I've stolen it :mad: In fact my Computershop has gone bankrupt and invoice in my account isn't accessible anymore. I've bought lots of Corsair stuff (memory, PSU, fans, ...)
