Harpoon RGB Wireless Dongle not working anymore

Hello, I've been trying to fix this issue I'm having for a week, I bought the Harpoon Wireless couple of weeks ago and it was working great.

Used it wirelessly with the slipstream connection, charged it right back up when it was empty, however last week the dongle just wasn't working anymore.

I changed GPU's and ever since then, the Dongle is not being picked up by icue nor windows, no matter what port I plug it into. Bluetooth works fine with a different dongle but obviously that's not gonna cut it because of the delay, just not an option for me.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix it? Maybe someone had the same problem?

I'm open to suggestions

Have you tried connecting to another PC?

I have the Same problem but with Dark core PRO SE dongle, it's dead, does not works on any device I connect it.
