Here is a profile I created for League of Legends. Feel free to modify it for your own setup of the game.

1. Import Profile

2. Once imported, Edit the Profile

3. Click "Link profile to program"

4. Select correct League of Legends .exe file to attach profile too

5. Hit OK, once saved, if selected the correct .exe file, when you enter game the profile should start (doesn't have to be set to Default Profile)

6. When you exit game or minimize to go to desktop, Default profile should automatically take over until you return back into the game.
