c-attack Posted November 30, 2019 Share Posted November 30, 2019 Do you have any actions programmed to the keyboard? (remaps, macros, etc). There is a bug specific to iCUE 3.22.74 that might be the underlying cause. If you have any actions in the "Library", delete them. You can leave actual assigned actions in the profile alone. If you do not have any actions created and this is limited to the S key only, then it might be a physical switch issue. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

c-attack Posted December 1, 2019 Share Posted December 1, 2019 You can try popping the key cap off to make nothing is interfering with the switch, but I would contact Corsair through the Support Ticket system.
