Can you tell us the hardware configuration and if this was fresh install of the O.S. on the current system or was it moved from another system?

I am using a dell XPS m1730 gaming laptop.

Cpu: Intel Core 2 Duo T9300 @ 2.5Ghz
Ram: 4Gb
GPU: SLi m8800 GTX

it is not a fresh install of the OS, I did upgrade from Vista about 2 weeks ago.
What do you mean by "moved from another system" ?

thanks

That can happen sometimes when you move a HDD from one system to another Windows registry may be corrupt.
Can you test the HS-1 on another system? If it installs on another system that might suggest you need to do a fresh install on this system.
