Alex_
Hi! I’ve recently bought a 700D case for my new PC. I’m a little concerned about the HDD department cooling in the 700D. At the moment I have 4 HDDs installed in my old case, but it has an intake fan just in front of the HDDs, so the temperature is OK. Is it OK to install 4 7200rpm HDDs into the 700D upper HDD compartment without adding any additional fans? Will the existing fan provide enough cooling? Has anybody installed 4 or maybe 6 HDDs into 700D?
Toasted
http://hexus.net/tech/news/chassis/22497-corsair-lets-loose-second-high-end-chassis-obsidian-series-700d/ Picture #2. There is a fan under the HD bays. So a additional fan may not be required.
