Default Performance3 SSD Problem.

Hello, I have Corsair Performance SSD. But lately I have problems with it. It's few times go to RAW but after chkdsk it was working normally for a little time. First time I got a problem after few weeks of use. Now it's out for Unallocated under Windows OS. When I try to create partition table I got: Data error (cyclic redundancy check). It's seems broken. I used it for a few months only.

Here is information:

Try a different SATA data cable and motherbord port.
Have you tried secure erasing the drive?

Request an RMA to replace the drive. Also attach a picture of the receipt to the ticket.
