Default 1.3 Force 3 Still very unreliable - how to RMA?

Can I RMA my 60 and 240 Force 3 Drives? They simply don't work well. 1.3 has made a small change, but the performance is still very problematic. How can I return these drives?

RMA link is on the left. RMA is different from returning them however.

So what does the RMA give you - another similar drive?

Yes. RMAs are meant to replace an item under warranty with the same model.
