Default Firmware updates broke things

updated my 115i platinum firmware and kept getting errors. Tried 3 times and now no longer shows in icue. Fans are now at 100%

Commander pro is now showing the fans disconnecting and reconnecting in the performance tab. Lights still work but fan performance disappears and then reappears. Also shows fan rpms ranging from 500rpm to 11000 rpm. They are not actually at that speed.

All of this happened after firmware updates to these two items. Does anyone know of a download center for corsair where I can look at past firmware versions and try and download them?

You really only need to post once on an issue.

For the H115i Plat firmware - you'll (unfortunately) need to contact support for that.

For the CoPro - do you have any other monitoring software running? Specifically, HWInfo?
Please click "Edit System Specs" and fill out your system info.
