Sad Corsair One crashes

I have had my i 160 for a month now and the system crashes and reboots, on a regular basis. Usually while playing online games, but I have experienced this while watching a youtube video. I have a support ticket in, but have had no response. Where do I find the dump info?

Do you see any pattern? Can you try update your system via windows update?

Check your event view and see what happened.

The only pattern I notice is that the screen freezes, and the audio makes a terrible buzzing.The pc restarts after the buzzing. I ran windows debug tool and it said there was an issue with the cpu. there are 2037 events.
