I've bought corsair one i160 but it came with a used windows key.
It's been two weeks after delivery, you guys just ignoring this issue?
Please resend a valid windows home activation key so I could use my new PC!! Ticket #2000846737

I am having a tech support agent look into this. They've spoke with our product engineer about this and they mentioned that this should not happen. Hope they are able to get back to you, in regards to this.
