PD223345 Posted September 28, 2019 Share Posted September 28, 2019 Hi, last two days have been trying to pay for the Advanced RMA, but always getting the same error : HTTP Status 500 – Internal Server Error Type Exception Report Message Request processing failed; nested exception is java.lang.NullPointerException: while trying to invoke the method java.lang.String.equals(java.lang.Object) of a null object loaded from local variable 'transactionID' Tried different computers, browsers, Incognito or not, different internet circuits/different locations, using VPN or not, mobile, nothing works :-) guessing server is down (which is hard to believe), issues or a problem with the link I got, case # 2000851784.
