tomer953 Posted March 4, 2020 Share Posted March 4, 2020 Hey, I purchased a brand new T2 chair, Assembled it with the manual + youtube videos to be sure everything is ok. I also removed the red cap as mentioned in the instructions. but, when I try to raise the chair, and then sit on it, the chair is sinking down.
