rma issue

All RMAs start the same way, through our support portal. You can go to the Corsair Store and take a screenshot of the invoice page and attach that to the ticket, or mention the order number in a comment, or just mention that it was purchased on the Corsair Store and what email address it was purchased under.

 

Just keep in mind that the last 2 options (order number / email address) will take more time, as they'll have to contact a different department to validate the purchase.
