Unable to Upgrade or Uninstall 3.7.99

was in the log...maybe something was on a hard lock for some reason. Did you try more than once? Maybe for giggles reduce the number of devices plugged in or software running? Any other software monitoring your hardware? Can you backup your profiles and then maybe uninstall outright cue/icue? Then install again from the website a fresh dl? Just some thoughts GL, hope you sort it

Ive tried to re-install a number of times, but failed with the same error each time.

 

When I try to un-install from the control panel, I get a different error, screen attached.

 

I cannot even reinstall 3.7.99!

 

Please Help!

wow that's different. Perhaps someone can provide you a manifest of the files installed and keys made in the registry so they can be manually removed?

 

There's got to be something locking those files, permissions, malware or hardware malfunction.

 

Anyone else have any ideas?
