Default Carbide Spec Omega RGB doesnt light up anymore

I had to hard shut down my computer because it froze and now iCUE doesnt detect the case or fans at all. I tried repairing and reinstalling iCUE. Any suggestions?

Your Lighting Node Pro might be having problems. If you haven't already, disconnect your Lighting Node Pro from your internal USB 2.0 header then reconnect it.

If iCUE still doesn't see it then I would advise you to create a ticket for further support.
