I can change the volume using any method except the scroll wheel and it's fine. When using the scroll wheel, the Windows 10 OSD pops up and the audio stutters for about 1 second before the OSD updates with the new volume.
There is nothing under the wheel and the problem only started recently (I've had this plank for several years now). My PC is more than powerful enough (Ryzen 7 1700X, 32GB RAM) and nothing else causes problems like this - so I'm trying to narrow down whether it's a problem with the keyboard (eg debounce) or just some Windows update that's screwed this up. Nobody else on the entire internet seems to be having this issue though... I've been googling for days. Any suggestions? |

100% windows OSD issue, the keyboard only sends a signal for volume up or down. Anything that pops up is or doesnt and stutters in your case is Windows.
