Default CMG6GX3M3A1866C7 and airflow warranty

Dear all,

I bought few years ago this wornderful kit.. the ram is ok.. but my airflow has started making an annoying noise and is unusable. Ram i coverder with lifetime warrenty.. also the airflow is under the same warrenty?!?

Yes , just use the link on the left to request an RMA. In the comments box describe what you need and from which memory kit it came from. They should take care of you.

i just checked in request rma but it ask a lot of info about memory problem and not just for the airflow unit? any idea? RAM GUY can you help me please?

Please use the link to request an RMA and let me know the case number I can change it to just the fan so we can replace it.

I see the case and the right number has been entered but there seems to be some issue with the system issuing an RMA we are working on it now.

I just checked out shipping cost to holland for the return of my rma.. it cost more than buy a new airflow in a local reseller here in italy. Atm i will buy a new one. Ram guy can you cancel my rma request?

I am sorry about that, you can call our customer service by phone and see if there is anything that they can do about that. The number is listed under contact on the main site and you can install skype and call the toll free number but I will send them a message and see if they can do something.
