Default Cmy16gx3m2a1600c9r - pc3-12800 or pc3-10700

Hello,

I just bought CMY16GX3M2A1600C9R, it is announced on the site that it is PC3-12800

But the CPU-Z benchmark shows that it's PC3-10700

do you know why ?

Default

The SPD "Max Bandwidth" tab in CPU-Z shows the default JEDEC settings for your RAM, not the actual speed they are currently at. So my DDR4 kit currently running 4000 MHz shows 2133 DDR or 1066 single data rate in that box. If you go back one to the Memory Tab, it should show your current actual settings in those fields.

You will need to enable XMP to authorize the speed bump up[ to 1600 if you haven't done so already. The native JEDEC value for your DDR3 is 1333.
